With the enforced lockdown, it is more essential than ever for you to keep on top of your health and fitness, so we are excited to announce that we have the perfect platform for you to access for free.

The site also introduces our 21 Day Challenge; which we hope you all undertake over the next 3 weeks.

These quick home workouts are simple fun and effective, they can be done anywhere with or without equipment and are guaranteed to leave you feeling awesome afterwards!

Our relationship with food is complex, we need it to survive, it brings friends and families together, yet many of us do not enjoy the process. It is not uncommon for people to have the same 7 meals in rotation every week, or pre prepared food and takeaways! We have loads of great recipes for you to try, plus nutritional guides and advice. Remember if you can read, you can cook!

The exact same as when you were training with us physically in the gym. Nothing changes, we'll make sure to maintain and help progress your results.
How is the programme delivered?

I can't exercise and/or I have an injury - will the programme work for me?
We have workouts to accommodate everyone's fitness ability from beginner to advanced and even those that have injuries. 
Do I need to be a member of a gym to take part?
This is exclusively for members only for the next few weeks to get through the current situation as a community and keep you on your fitness journey. 
Do I need any equipment?
No equipment is needed, we have workouts with equipment and without so no one misses out.

Whatever you feel comfortable in and feels non-restrictive.

They will range from anywhere between 10 and 30 minutes.
